Personalise it with the name of your loved one, or if you prefer the artwork only then you can purchase without personalisation – the choice is yours. What size frame do I need?
We also offer range of frames with each of our frames, just select your preferred option.
If you prefer to purchase your own frame, we provide clear dimensions for the available options for each design, just check the "Available Variations" section on the product page.
The size displayed is the required viewable area for your frame.
Will my product have a watermark?
No, the delivered item will have no watermarks and will not reference "Sugar In Everything". The watermark is only shown on our website to help protect our designs.
Can you honour a special request?
If you have a specific customisation in mind beyond the standard personalisation options, please feel free to get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
When will my items arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders before 12pm (Mon-Fri) on the same business day. Orders after 12pm will be posted the next day.
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your chosen postage method:
First Class - within 1-3 days
Second Class - within 2-5 days
Special Delivery - next working day by 1pm
During busy periods it may take a bit longer to process your order, but we try our utmost to dispatch as quickly as possible and will notify you when your purchase has been posted.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for prints we offer free First Class delivery. For all other orders we offer free Second Class delivery.
Important Information
- All prints are printed on high-quality glossy paper.
- All prints are sent in hard-back envelopes marked ‘Do Not Bend’ to protect your gift.
- If you require a frame please select your preferred option.
- All frames are suitable for wall hanging and free standing
- The printed colours may differ from the screen version. This a limitation of trying to display a printed item on a screen.
