How much does delivery cost?

We provide free postage on all orders via Royal Mail Second Class service.

If you need your order quicker we also offer paid options for Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards and Paypal.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of ordering.  We hope you understand that we need time to prepare your personalised product and to ensure that it’s completed to our best standards.

Once posted we’ll notify you and the delivery time from then will depend on the shipping method that you choose.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next working day
Royal Mail First Class: 1-2 working days
Royal Mail Second Class: 2-3 working days

The estimates above are provided by Royal Mail and sometimes it can take longer from them to deliver.

There's a problem with my order, what do I do?

We want to make sure that you’re happy with your order and take great care when preparing your order.

However, there our instances where we might make a mistake.  If you do have any issues with your order please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Generally, due to the personalised nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns for non-faulty items.

If your order hasn’t yet been sent to print then you can request a cancellation, however, once printed it cannot be cancelled or returned except in the following circumstances:

  • the received product is faulty
  • the received product is incorrect
